Mission Statement
We, the people of Saint Anthony's of Padua,
a Roman Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of Washington,
are called to provide the sacramental, educational and liturgical environment,
which invites people to holiness
and assists them in their commitment to Jesus Christ.
As a Christian community, we proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.
We strive to grow in the traditions of our faith
and meet the challenges of the varied people we serve.
We welcome every person
and reach out to those in need of the healing touch of Christ.
Volunteer Opportunities
WE NEED YOU!
People have many demands on their time and talent. In a parish community we are ALL called to be of service to one another in some way. The call to Holiness means that we give careful consideration to how we share our gifts at St. Anthony's Parish.
Memorial for the Unborn Enhancement Project
This project will provide an inspiring outdoor space for prayer and reflection at St. Anthony's, while helping to heighten attention to the plight of the millions of unborn babies whose lives are tragically extinguished each year through abortion.
